At 11.5 m this is the longest capsule in our range and the one to choose for a full-time home, a family holiday let or a premium resort suite. You get a separate living room as well as the sleeping area, so it feels like a small house, not a hotel room.
The shell is lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium. Inside it, closed-cell polyurethane foam is sprayed directly onto the shell. Because it is sprayed, there are no joints or gaps, and no cold bridges where heat escapes.
That gives a thermal conductivity of 0.022 to 0.030 W/mK, keeping the inside comfortable in -40°C winters and hot summers while cutting heating and cooling costs.
The interior is finished in the factory: a living room with full-height glass, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with vanity and mirror cabinet, and ducted air conditioning. Two bedrooms come as standard. If you prefer, the factory can build it as one large bedroom suite instead.
It ships with full export documents and arrives ready to place on a level base. Several units can be placed side by side for resorts. Two-storey versions can be engineered on request.
