The layout runs front to back. The glass end is your living space, so the view is the first thing you see when you walk in. Behind it sit the kitchen and bathroom, with the bedroom at the far end for privacy.
The kitchen has a sink, cupboards and a stone-effect worktop. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with mirror. Lighting, sockets and air conditioning are installed before it leaves the factory.
The shell sits on a steel frame with insulated sandwich-panel walls, floor and roof, and aluminium-framed windows and doors. It is designed for year-round use, not just summer.
Every unit is inspected and filmed before it ships, so you see your capsule house before it reaches you.
The capsule house travels fully assembled in a 40 ft container. On site it needs a level base (concrete pads, screw piles or a slab), then a crane lifts it into place. Connect water, drainage and power and it is ready to use.
